20 years ago, I used to go out to eat all the time. Fast forward to today, and I get restaurant-style food with every meal. Toletia is an excellent cook, and if we had the money, I would open a restaurant, and the line would be out the door. I truly am blessed to be married to such an amazing woman!

Today’s breakfast was Tofu Scramble Wraps, and they blew my mind with how good they are with every bite. They consist of Tofu, spices, diced potatoes, diced onion, red peppers, lots of garlic, Franks Redhot, and wraps.  They are so good that I could eat them every day for the rest of my life and not get tired of them. You would just have to try one to see what I mean. In closing, I can’t wait to see what she cooks up tomorrow.
