November 12, 2018! Here Is My Finished Vegan ‘Meatloaf’ Which Is Really Called Quinoa Loaf!

Here is my finished vegan ‘meatloaf’ which is really called quinoa loaf. It was surprisingly very good!! Greg and Paulette both loved it! I decided I’m going to use this recipe with spice variations for things like veggie burgers or meatballs for spaghetti or stroganoff. It’s a lotta work but oh so worth it!!
